A quiet former shelter dog gets hired by Home Depot, and she proves to be the hardest-working employee in the company’s history.

Even humans can undergo change when given even a small quantity of affection. Two people’s lives may be improved by adơрting an animal.

These two lives comprise both the animal’s and your own. The animal will now have a place to call home.

With someone they can call family by their side, they will be secure and safe. For the rest of their lives, their human will have someone who will cherish them without conditions. As a result, everyone benefits. What more could one ask for? On the other hand, adơрtion is a complicated process.

Heaven was adơрted by Jackie Rakers of the Kentucky River Regional Animal Shelter. Jackie and Heaven had advanced significantly. On the other hand, Heaven was a timid dog that feared almost everything. Jackie had to devise a method to boost Heaven’s confidence.

At that point, they started frequenting Home Depot.

Rakers stated, “The Home Depot runs started as a technique to help her with her problems,” in an interview with The Dodo. She said, “She was terrified of loud noises and unusual locations, so we’d go for five minutes and she’d get all the sweets.

Their trips to Home Depot grew in duration as a result, and Heaven was exposed to new things.

There are no dog-friendly policies at The Home Depot.

Heaven was therefore very comfortable there. Heaven started mingling more often with the staff and guests. After a few outings, she quickly acquired her own apron!

Jackie always knows she’s going to Home Depot when she pulls out the apron.

“I keep it in the car so we’re always ready,” Rakers said. She quivers and waits for me to put the apron on her before running off to “work” as soon as she knows we’ve arrived in the parking lot. She walks around likе she owns the place.

There is a wonderful new employee at Home Depot right now!

Heaven is well-known in the industry. All employees refer to her by her first name, and she is even allowed to use the staff break room. It now serves as her second home.

She also enjoyed herself with the patrons.

She goes about conducting her own business, then insists on meeting someone, said Rakers. She merely sits and observes. They’ll frequently say how much they needed that boost.
